The discipline of writing.

Anyone who wants to learn to communicate better, whether orally or through the written word, must work at it.  It takes observation, listening, practice, and persistence.

Clarence Kelland said, “I get up in the morning, torture a typewriter until it screams, then stop.”

I fear that along the way, I torture a few listeners and readers, too!  Arriving at beautifully crafted communication is a process.

Enjoy!
